There are obligations on land owners who wish to conduct certain types of work under The Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
BPS can provide Party Wall Advice, to mitigate party wall influences and help design out ‘Notifiable Works’; and where work remains ‘Notifiable', BPS Cammes Ltd. can prepare and Serve the relevant Notices on any Adjoining Owner.
Should a statutory dispute arise (no consent to Notice), BPS Cammes Ltd. provide the service of Party Wall Surveyor

A number of non-intrusive building survey types are offered by BPS Cammes Ltd., including:
- Schedules of Condition
- Condition Surveys
- Measured Surveys, and
- Defect Diagnostics;
Which may include advice on the need for specialist investigations and defect remediation.
BPS Cammes Ltd. can also provide advice on maintenance requirements and programmed maintenance, as part of the survey.
In addition to the above, we can also assist with boundary demarcation and provide initial advice in relation to disputed lands.

To ensure quality in the delivery and technical compliance of a building project, BPS Cammes Ltd. offer pre-construction and construction phase Project Monitoring and/or Technical review.
We can provide different types of detailed Site Inspection services including isolated (stand-alone) or general technical (periodic) quality inspections.
In conjunction with your legal advisors, we can also assist on matters of ownership, title, boundaries etc.

To effectively manage a construction project, BPS Cammes Ltd. offers its clients Project Management (PM), Employer's Agent (EA), and Contract Administration (CA) services
Under the CA/EA roles we administer the contract (Traditional/Design & Build) and that role can also be added to the service of the Project Manager.
Under the PM & EA roles, we advise the client from concept to completion, create project tools to administer the project and monitor the performance of stakeholders against those tools.

We provide design services for private conversions, extension and new-build, preparing architectural (CAD) drawings for statutory consent.
BPS Cammes Ltd. also advise on, liaise with, and can apply for Planning & Listed Building Consents as well as negotiate with and apply for Building Regulations Certification.
